Peter Glassford (Trek Canada MTB team) slowed down for a few hours each day to take us out riding on some really cool trails.
Brave man!  The 6 of us are all +40 Moms...and we can be quite the handfull!

In addition to guiding - Peter helped us with skills.  Like this....ha!
